This interlocutory appeal comes to us on a plea to the jurisdiction by a governmental unit. See Tex. Civ. Prac. &; Rem. Code Ann. Â§ 51.014(a)(8) (Vernon Supp. 2005). Appellant Dallas County asserts the trial court erred in denying its plea to the jurisdiction because appellee William T. Hughes failed to comply with the provisions of the Whistleblower Act by filing suit more than ninety days after the alleged violation. See Tex. Govt Code Ann. Â§ 554.006(b) (Vernon 2004). We affirm the trial courts order denying Dallas Countys plea to the jurisdiction.
